Ventilation façade system includes thermal insulation and supporting sub-construction with powder coated aluminium sheet or glass covering the exterior side of the walls. Ventilation façade prevents condensation, reduces the impact of thermal bridges and energy consumption, and improves sound insulation of new and renovated buildings. It prevents heat loss in winter and overheating in summer, thus creating favourable climatic conditions inside the buildings.
a.) FACADE PANEL SYSTEM
For façades clad with façade panels we follow various systems, for example ABET, ETERNIT, FUNDERMAX, TRESPA and the like. All systems have the same base, but there are differences in the structure of outside façade panels and supporting sub-construction (aluminium, in some cases also wood). Façade panels are mechanically processed under high pressure. Façade panels are fixed to basic sub-construction using screws or rivets. They are suitable for all types of objects, for example fences, balconies, parapets, but they are increasingly used in classic residential construction.
b.) COMPOSITE AND POWDER COATED ALUMINIUM SHEET SYSTEM
Composite and powder coated aluminium sheet façades are a type of ventilation façades, the same as façades made of façade panels. Reynobond, Alucobond and the like are the most common materials found on our market. This system offers exceptional possibilities of combination between thermal insulation of outer walls on the one hand and architects’ and customers’ vision on the other.
c.) BRICK AND CERAMIC SYSTEM
Brick and ceramic façades entered the market at the beginning of the 1980’s. The advantage of this system are simple combinations of tradition and contemporary high technology. These types of façades are renowned for high resilience to environmental impacts. Consequently, there is no need for maintenance once it is installed. The fixation can be visible or invisible. In Slovenia, the most well-known producers are ARGETON, BUCHTAL and FAVETON.
